Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please carefully review the policy below and contact our customer service team before returning any items.

Important Shipping & Return Notice

Free shipping applies to outbound shipping only.

Regardless of order value or free shipping eligibility, return shipping costs are not covered by MATKEI and must be borne by the customer.

This policy applies to all return orders, including orders with a total value exceeding $99.

Exchange Policy

Orders Not Yet Shipped

If your order has not yet been shipped and you would like to exchange the item for a different size or color of the same product, please contact our customer service team.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are limited to the same item only

  • Exchanges cannot be made for a different product

Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped, please contact our customer service team after receiving the item to apply for a return.

You may place a new order for the desired item to reduce waiting time and ensure availability.

Exchange Shipping Costs

For orders over $99, we will cover the outbound shipping cost of the replacement item.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item.

For orders under $99, customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.

Return Policy

15-Day Return Window

You may apply for a return and refund within 15 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • All original tags attached

After Return Approval

Once your return request has been approved, please note the following:

  • The return package must be shipped within 7 days

  • Please provide our customer service team with a valid and traceable tracking number

  • Or follow the instructions in our email and provide clear photos of the return package and shipping label

If the return package is not shipped within the specified timeframe, or the required shipping information is not provided, the return request will be automatically canceled.

Quality Issues / Damaged / Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the issue.

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

Returns for Non-Quality Reasons

If the return is not due to a product quality issue, the return shipping cost to our warehouse must be paid by the customer.

What Is Not Considered a Quality Issue

The following situations are not considered product quality issues and are not eligible for return shipping coverage:

  • Minor loose threads, stitching irregularities, or loose buttons

  • Differences in color due to screen display variations

  • Slight variations in thickness, texture, or material

  • Dissatisfaction with style or color due to personal preference

  • Size-related issues

  • Damage caused by improper use, washing, care, alteration, or self-repair

Order Cancellation

Orders that have not yet been shipped may be canceled by contacting our customer service team.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Return Address Notice

The original shipping address on the package is NOT our return address.

Returns sent to an unauthorized address will not be eligible for a refund.

Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team to obtain the correct return address:

Return Shipment Tracking Requirement

After shipping your return package, please email us the following:

  • A traceable tracking number

  • A photo of the return package

We will notify you once the return has been received and processed.

We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refund Policy

Refund for Canceled Orders (Not Yet Shipped)

Once an order is successfully canceled, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.

Refund for Returned Orders

After we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed promptly.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.
